Our core business is providing IT infrastructure support. Our Support agreements are tailored to clients’ individual needs but generally include provisions for regular proactive maintenance, troubleshooting and a level of IT systems management and consultancy.
Advice
When you need it we are available to provide ‘ad-hoc’ advice and consultancy for specific projects or implementations. These services are provided on a job or retainer basis. A number of clients like us to provide consultancy on an on-going basis to deal with specific technology issues within their business. To get the best possible guidance you need the right person - the members of our team all have tremendous expertise, diverse backgrounds and different specialist technical skills. You can also ask us to advise you on the IT implications of forthcoming moves, relocations or expansions. These challenges need not be difficult as you might imagine: in many cases we project manage the entire process and liaise with other service providers on your behalf.
Procurement & New System Implementations
CellPipe Limited supply and implement a comprehensive range of standard and specialist hardware and software solutions for clients. We do not “box-shift” or retail hardware and software. This approach applies to the supply of new servers, workstations and also to the selection of software. Clients often ask us to source and manage the implementation of complete systems and solutions, and we have particular experience of this in the fields of accounting software and retail system implementations.
Remote Support At CellPipe Limited we design our services around what gives our clients the best service, one such example is our remote support, all our customers benefit from the engineer they are speaking with being able to take control of your system (with permission!). We are also able to configure your systems in a safe and secure way so that we can access your servers and PC's or Laptops from our offices without intervention. So from the time of calling our helpdesk we can be connected to your systems and seeing what the problem is within minutes, no waiting or cost for engineers to attend site!
